About the Symposium
This international symposium, organized within the framework of the "Transmission of Ancient Family Values in Sustainable Development Through Media" project conducted by Ankara University of Social Sciences, aims to open a discussion on how we can use the power of media to transmit family values to future generations and to serve the goals of sustainable development.
Call for Proposals
Scope and problem
Today, digital networks and media content bring with them many problems such as the erosion of values, digital addiction, and breakdowns in family communication. Our symposium aims to address solution strategies to overcome these negative effects, media literacy, and methods of protecting family values from an interdisciplinary perspective (sociology, media, anthropology, law, theology, etc.).
